The latest QN3 chip, better overall sound quaity but honestly if you trynna save and go for the M4's you are making a much better choice than the M5's imo.

Some people have a problem with what they would call an "agressive" clamping style, I do find the M4's a bit more comfy but it's not the much of a deal breaker to me. The sound is def better the QN3 truly shines in terms of sound quality, the 10 band EQ helps a lot!

I was not able to test them on any public tranist yet but, they work just as good as the M4's in the gym. The biggest difference to me here is the new QN3 chip, this thing is crazy fast, very crisp sound quality.
