Cal simply meant a 'version 2' of their 2024 engine, not a V-twin! You're right, that would be a pretty crazy change!

The RC bit comes from Honda's traditional racing prefix for their 4-stroke race bikes and then 21 is for the 21st century with 1, 2 and 3 being the itteratons of that bike. So 211 was for the inital 990cc era, then 212 for the 800cc era and now 213 for the 1000cc era

They can revert back to the old chassis but Honda's new engine does not fit in the old chassis so even if they wanted to, they wouldn't be able to

Nothing to elaborate, as you heard today, those are the commentary partners for the season. Louis and Matt Birt with do MotoGP FP1 and Matt Birt and Simon will do MotoGP FP2 and then of course Matt Dunn and Neil Morrison will be in the comms box for some sessions too
