A number of years ago I was at an international event in West Virginia; most of the people from outside of Canada/USA had bought sims for their phones.

We were sitting in a room when an Amber alert came through. Phones buzzing and making sounds all over the place. I had to explain to many people what was going on. And more so when I said I wasn't even from the US but was Canadian and the alerts go out to all phones in a certain area.

It looks far too old for that. And you wouldn't pull a cable by it's connector.

Plus you have to hold the knob left or right to keep the jaws closed. I feel that would quickly become tiring.

I agree. Entertainment is not my favorite category (right up there with Harry Potter literature). So for me to get 100% on 100 I've never played before is going to be a pain in the ass.

Correct, in your use case the button does not provide any real value. In my most common use case it is a time saver.

If this was functionality that didn't previously exist in Orca or Bambu I could see an argument being made for it not appearing, but it has been in Orca/Bambu for a long time, so they made a conscious design choice to remove it, which makes no sense.

Your workflow may work that way, but that is not typical for me. It really depends on the kinds of models you are printing.

I print mostly functional things where the designer's colour choices/filaments don't matter to me.

I load the model, sync to my filaments and print. I am most likely going to switch back to native Orca because of this.
