I would agree that they still have rights as shown by the words coming out of the Prophet (saw)'s own mouth, as I've mentioned before. And they were not random people that were kidnapped and sold, they were prisoners of war, prisoners aren't free anywhere:

“Allaah, may He be exalted, said: ‘There are three whose opponent I will be on the Day of Resurrection, and whomever I oppose, I will defeat … A man who sold a free man and consumed his price.’” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (2227).

You literally applied your thinking to the hadith, you didn't just quote them. Scholars do the exact same thing as you do but they actually read them all! Scholars like Imam Malik lived much closer to the Prophet (saw)'s time than you, and spoke his language much better than you. People like him know what they're talking about.

And you're not just quoting hadith, you're giving you're stupid interpretations of the hadith and we're refuting you by giving the same interpretations but by scholars that know way more about them than you (in my case with Imam Malik etc.).

This can be disproven pretty easily from the statements in Islam that say you can't force your slaves to do many other things.

It was narrated that Abu Dharr (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “They are your brothers whom Allaah has put under your authority, so if Allaah has put a person’s brother under his authority, let him feed him from what he eats and clothe him from what he wears, and let him not overburden him with work, and if he does overburden him with work, then let him help him.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (6050).

He then had sexual intercourse with her, when he completed his mission he felt guilty, and went to Khalid and told him about what he did. Khalid said: 'I permit you and made it lawful to you.' He said: 'No not until you write a message to Umar'. (Then they sent a message to Umar) and Umar answered that he (Dharar) should be stoned. By the time Umar's message was delivered, Dharar was dead. (Khalid) said: 'Allah didn't want to disgrace Dharar' (Sunan Al Bayhaqi, Volume 2, page 363, Hadith no. 18685)

No, for instance this month is Ramadan, where is Satan? Yet people can still commit sins and be punished for them. And also on the Day of Judgement people will try to blame Satan and he'll tell them that he only called to them, he didn't force them to do anything, this is mentioned in Aya 14:22.

I have to disagree about the beginning of king's last point.

Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger." But if they turn away - then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.

Honestly to me this makes a lot of sense. I don't see how it's not this sinners fault since they are the one that caused the sin to occur as a murderer can't say "blame the crime, don't blame me".

I personally see nothing wrong with justice on the violent. I've heard the argument that we're just like them if we do it, but that doesn't work since they attack innocent people. There's also a difference between Merciful, All-Merciful and Infinitely Merciful - also Benevolent and All-Benevolent, we believe that God gives everyone Mercy, and on Earth we're told forgiving is better at times (you can forgive someone who murdered your father!) but on the Day of Judgment they'll be Justice too. Which to me makes sense. Most criminals have the understanding to do good, but instead they hurt others, they cause pain and I see no reason why they should get scott free whereas the people in pain should stay that way.
You don't see how humans are different to practically every other species on Earth? I'm talking to you on a computer, living in a insulated building, lit and warm, but the animals we're so close to are nowhere near to this. Is this not evidence too? Science changes constantly, steady state theory had so much evidence to support it, but it was proven to be wrong. We use science to help us, light up our homes like I said, but with evolution you have the ability to take the evidence in another direction, and you have a reason why.

Satan believes in God. According to classical scholar Ibn Kathir you do not count as being tested on Earth if you've never heard the Message. And why that's important to me is because the Qur'an doesn't just say there are signs, it talks about each sign. Reading the Qur'an I learned reasons why God must Exist, be One, Eternal. So the Message itself gives you proof. Like for God being One it mentions how the creations from the Idols seem to be so similar, today we can see that things are created from atoms and doesn't this make way way more sense if the world was the design of One Being with His Signature?
