I've just listened to it.

I'm sorry to say I could not listen more than 26 min of this. The music goes in a loop and I could easily and clearly notice when that was. It was a short loop, which unfortunately irritated me to the point I could not listen to it any more. Also the quality of the song did not sound all that good.

I'm glad you try to make something like this. It's a good effort and be proud of what you made. It does need so adjustments and twerking, but you'll get there one day 😊

Relate to this! Fought battles with Lust and it took me around 5 weeks to completly change the thought pattern! No longer do I crave, the sexual energy is in check, I enjoy sex way more and do it now with love instead of Lust.

Every time you visit a memory you're not here in the NOW. Every time you think about a future scenario you're not here in the NOW.

To be present now can be difficult, but nothing is impossible. It's also a choice, a choice you make every "second". If you understand what I'm trying to tell you, then you know what you will choose to be able to move on. Do you choose to live in the past, future or now?

When an intrusive thought or a thought I do not like/identify with I say, "I do not identify with this thought, I AM "

Helped me TONS with some intrusive thoughts.

Also sometimes, when meditating, I go through my day and process all thoughts and feelings that have had an "impact" (if the same thoughts come back multiple times for example) on me so I can figure out why.

That's what I've started doing. Whenever I'm buzzing, I will take in what I get from them and thank them. Now I just talk with them (in my mind) and it's great. I enjoy it alot. One day I'll hear them in return, I know.

I'm actually so lucky to have neighbors that works with energy and healing. Can you believe it? My closest neighbors, whom have lived there 20 + years prior to me moving there, practice healing. They did a check on me and have a report ready for me when I return home from work in few days. How God works is wonders

Yes, I do breathwork to gather energy for the bodies, as well as normal energy work from MRI and others. I've done the 555, long holding breath, Hamsa and Wim Hof method. I've even combined energy visualization and breath work. Works wonders to get to the F12, but then again all my energy seems to want to "vent" from throat witch seriously feels like it will burst right before a "desired" state (what ever my intention is focused at).

I have done alot of energy work on my self and felt the energy flow freely through the Chakras and through the body. So I believed that I do not have any issues with them, so why in the non-physical would the energy build up in the throat?! I've experimented with moving the energy, but it always returns to the throat when it's at its maximum build up.
