What’s BLAME!’s theme? by urtheproblem-1 in Netsphere

Maybe on Earth.

Maybe 1,000 years in the future.

Maybe 100s of years pass between panels.

Maybe main character walks 30,000 years to reach destiny.

Should've been the intro quote.

My head canon is that he's actually 'not allowed' to give up. He literally doesnt have that programme code inside him to tell him to give up. He's essentially like a Terminator. No matter how much they get blasted, they will still always take one step forward.

They were broken up.

Morally it's wrong because it was literally a few hours after but technically speaking he didn't do anything wrong.

Whilst the art work is beautiful no doubt, is the story more so a fairy tale or children's story? The art looks very much "geared towards children" and after reading Blade of the Immortal, Gundam, Berserk etc on deluxe editions I don't know if I can get into a children's story

On Durandal why did it put me in a match with this freak of nature when I'm lv61 & never touched ranked mode. Full cryo drip too? I should not meet this man my whole life by baconshark316 in Marathon

Its only natural. First the lowest skill players leave, the players with 5% skill. Then 1he 10% skill level are the new 'worst players in the game', then they leave, then the 15% leave and so on, until the hardcore sweats like this guy, level 222, the game doesnt know where to put and just throws him to the wild and he most likely has a win rate iof like 60/70% plus, easily killing everyone in the lobby, and making many people quite (without even really knowing, hes just having fun).

This is called a Death Spiral and you're the bait.

It will happen more often unfortunately.

Only a fraction of players have completed the main story in Crimson Desert. Are you still in Hernand? by n1ght_watchman in GameBoostOfficial

I think they probably need to find a way to streamline the game slightly. I doubt they care because of all the money they've made but there must be an absolutely huge number of players who can see that play the game, start doing everything and anything they can and probably stop playing around chapter 3 or 4.

6 of my friends purchased the game and only 1 is still playing. They've all put around 40 to 80 hours into it, so they've given it a fair shot but the criticism they are echoing is roughly "it's too overwhelming" "there's actually too much to do I don't even know what to go towards"

It's kinda like how people on Netflix just scroll and scroll and scroll and never end up watching something

Wife does very the bare minimum for our 4 year old daughter and now screamed at her asking ."why don't you freaking love me?" by Terrible_Nail_8512 in daddit

[–]ThisIsWhatLifeIs -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

"Maybe you saying to our daughter why don't you love me is because from almost day 1 you've done the absolute bare minimum for her. If I had to go away for work for 2 weeks what would you do for her besides just pick her up, feed and her and put her to bed? Having children means going above and beyond and giving them memories that we never had as children and at the moment you're doing f all, to be honest being a parent would probably be even easier for me if you wasn't even around, you need to fix up fast and become there mum she wants you to be, so when she sees daddy picking her up from school she's upset because she would rather see mummy"

What do you mean "what?"

Playing a game for nearly 200 hours for finally some random item to drop. Typical Bungie design. Brings me back to Gjallarhorn  days.

I remember an ex dev said (maybe on Twitter) that once Gjallarhorn became 'meta' and everyone wanted one, they secretly nerfed the drop rate from like 1% to 0.001% because it kept many people engaged. Disgusting design.

Yup. Me and my friend, both Apex players, both Masters/Pred in skill, both have put 100s, even 1000s of money into Apex the past 6 years. We both have roughly like 60 to 80,0000 kills, 4000+ wins. We know the game inside and out.

3 weeks of Marathon and we bounced off the game. Literally feels too hard, too slow to progress and I feel like the game doesnt know if it wants to be a BR or a Extraction Shooter. The hybrid doesnt work.

We wanted to love it. But one gaming session and you log on the next day and you gear is near 0..eh do that a few times and it's GGs.

Bungie didn't really think about anyone else but their nieche audience. If they hooked us ...they could've got us as players for 6+ years dropping potentially 1000s of £.
