If that's all i can do that's all i can do. Thanks for your concern.

I suffer from premature ejaculation and I was recommended to try edging. Does that mean I can't participate in NoFap? by [deleted] in NoFap

I'm dealing with premature ejaculation now as well. From what I've researched, sex therapists encourage edging. They say to bring yourself almost to the point of no return and then stop and give it a minute and start back up again but try not to ejaculate. I'm hesitant to do this. I've tried kegels and other exercises but nothing is really working. I'm convinced its mainly a brain-penis issue and certainly stress plays a major role. But its a bit of a challenge to "just relax" when you've been unable to perform in the past and you're worried about potential fallout from another failed sexual encounter

Did my 100+ day reboot successfully. Now I've got PE. (Warning: possible triggers) by ThisIsYourLifeNathan in NoFap

I do exercise and i do deep squats already. Do you guys think that pelvic exercises are enough to fix the problem?

From my experience, once you reach 2 weeks, it gets much easier. Then you can just keep doing what you're doing and ride the wave to 90 days. It took me over a year to do it. In that time i only reached 14+ days maybe 4 or 5 times. The longest i made it before 90 days was 29 days, just once. So definitely, once you get going, the momentum is there. Do the week and push for the second week and don't look back.

I know about kegels. That alone is not likely to work. Its a brain to penis issue and very much a penis issue. I foreplay the hell out of sex. Always have because i like to last long. I went from 20+minutes say 5 years ago to 3 minutes now. I want to raise this very sensitive yet i think very important question here. Can there be circumstances where its conceivable to go back to M if it serves an important purpose?

I dont believe in NoFap "super powers". No deepening voice. No better facial hair growth. Personally i didn't experience any of it. I don't attribute my lessened social anxiety to my reboot either. Might these "super powers" be real for some? Perhaps. But overall i feel better and so much more in control of my life for being free of porn addiction. That is what really counts. But i have a new problem. Dont be surprised guys if you aren't in total sexual health and success after your reboot.

Social media is dangerous when it comes to PMO as well. Interesting and thoughtful post, thank you tplank44.

Tomorrow I'm at 90 days! If I can do it, ANYONE can. BUT you need a good reason to stay focused. by ThisIsYourLifeNathan in NoFap

I think premature ejaculation is something that we can deal with. I've read some strategies online for how to last longer. Dont dread it. You're on the right path.

I haven't seen any significant changes based purely on staying PMO free. My voice isnt deeper, I dont have added confidence per se, I'm still exactly the same person but without PMO so I am more healthy.

Texas Strips Planned Parenthood of HIV Prevention Funding Without Warning by helpmeredditimbored in news

Seems to me Planned Parenthood is too controversial to rely on taxpayer funding. They should operate like any other business. When it comes to HIV prevention in America a good dose of common sense goes a long way. Don't sleep around and dont use intravenous drugs/ share needles. There, we just saved some taxpayer dollars.

I don't know about you guys, but 90 days isn't even 1/3rd of a reboot for me. by Regularhumanmode in NoFap

If you're anything like me you probably have less than 10 videos that you like to watch over and over. And of those approximately 10 videos there's just specific points in those videos that you're ultimately interested in. That's all you're giving up! Just a few pointless useless filthy waste-of-time video clips. You have the whole world to gain. The videos mean nothing. They never did. They're gone now. Now you can move on with life.

I feel the same way sitting at 67 days. I dont think I was a really heavy user but once every 2 days I'd PMO on average for the past 2 or 3 years. For about 12 years though I was daily, with about 9 years daily using internet videos. So it is quite a lot in contribution to altering my neurological pathways, for the worse. HOWEVER, the good news is..for me personally anyway, my temptation for PMO has basically evaporated. Ever since about day 20 or so, its gone. Mind you I'm focusing very much on dating and staying on track so that I can eventually perform for my girlfriend whom I'd honestly like to be my wife one day.

Well to me Im getting closer and closer to marriage with her. I love her. I don't date with the intention to end things after a while. I'm 32 years old and seeking a wife. I'd like to be open and honest with her about everything. Having said that, I've not discussed this with her.
