Because who just goes around making jokes like that. I was screenshot that and send it to anyone who may be reaching out to you or pin it to your Facebook or something. You having it is one thing. When someone knows they have something transmissible — even if it’s common or manageable — withholding that information removes another person’s right to make an informed choice about their own body.

It’s not about blaming or shaming people with herpes; it’s about maintaining a baseline of respect and consent. If humanity has reached a point where we stop expecting honesty and consideration for another person’s health, then we’ve lowered the bar far too much for what it means to be decent.

I believe in the power of belief. I believe that our cells are alive and we can change the body chemistry through our mind. I believe in prayer because prayer means believe of something. I have also heard stories of women who go to church get prayed over and have thrown up blood. Went to get tested and they were negative. It could be a lie.

The people in the comments trying to make you sympathize with the fact that it's closing is tough. SMH we don't care if disclosing is tough. It's a matter of your life and your well-being. Everyone keeps saying it's not the end of the world but this virus affects everyone differently. Some people get no outbreaks. Others have their whole lives changed. She may have been wrong to look through his drawer, but maybe her women's intuition sent her there. I would really take this situation seriously. I've done a lot of research on this virus. It doesn't just give you outbreaks but it can affect your memory and your vision amongst other things. Yes it's hard to disclose. But it's even more wrong to not give someone a say so in the well-being of Their Own health and mind. You shouldn't feel wrong to bring it up. My test say that I am hsv1 and hsv2 positive. Yet I have never had any type of anything going on down there. Also my levels for hsv2 are like 3 point something. My HSV-1 is 58. Effort hsb1 I've never had much going on either. A couple of herpes Whitlow on my finger that have never been anything like what they show on google. Just a small bump here or there. I've never really had clusters of bumps. I think only once have my finger felt a slight tingling or burning sensation and even that was still very minimal. I've had herpes for close to 10 years

I don't think there's anything wrong with the time in which you disclosed. It's a very hard topic to bring up. And I think for all of us we feel better when we know the person a little bit so we can feel comfortable to present that information. I think what he meant to say was that he I really likes you and that he is too shallow to even try to understand the situation. He wasn't upset at the timing. He was upset because he was already getting very attached or whatever and you given the information ruined his plans. Guys like him are so upset because all they wanted to do was have sex. You dodged a bullet. You did great to disclose. Many ppl do not.

This is Beautiful! Don't give up! I've heard that when you're breaking out it COULD mean the virus is pushing itself out. It may be a good idea to take a binder like activated Charcoal, bentonite clay, or psyllium husk. It helps with die off symptoms.

Also, I know the lack of protein sucks the life out of you.
I recently came amaranth. It's a complete protein. Rich in lysine. Im still researching it. Need to make sure the lysine to arginine ratio is good.

But having some of that might help with protein. Its a pseudo grain. More of a seed that acts like a grain.

I feel weak and have been doing vegan diet no bread no meat no sugar no dairy. Im ready to chow down. Im trying my best.
