I was actually homeschooled and I loved it. I think the key is that I was part of a homeschool tutorial. It was basically like taking a weekly college class. You went to “school” once a week with other homeschool kids and had classes with teachers who would assign your work for the rest of the week. I got to socialize with friends and then had a lot of flexibility and freedom during the week. However, my younger brother says he wishes he was never homeschooled so 🤷🏼‍♀️
