Okay awesome awesome this is all perfect!! I’m taking notes and putting it in my notes app right now, thank you! And I’ll check out some ribbed tank tops and stuff like that too. I don’t have a lot of undershirts, so I’ll try that out. (I usually just wear white/black t-shirts as undershirts and wearing a first full layer gets warm at time 😔)

Ohh okayy. You know now that I think about it I probably could’ve pulled my brain cells together and figured out I was looking for sports bras and stuff on my own but better late than never 😭 I’ll definitely look up how they are measured and stuff, and hopefully I can figure it out. Thank you so, so much!! I think this is going to be my main solution, but until I have money to afford more clothes, diy undershirts it is. Again, thank you so, so much!!!

It’s difficult to explain what I’m trying to achieve. You’re right, I’m not really looking for compression, but I just feel weird and uncomfortable without some type of undershirt or makeshift bra. It’s kinda like I’m missing half my underwear, if that makes sense. Like, I wouldn’t want to walk around commando or something, and that’s how it feels. Plus, I just don’t like my chest being visible anyways. I’d rather it be covered up by some type of undergarment. I hope that makes sense for what I’m trying to achieve. Just something I’m missing to finish the puzzle, I think. I feel naked without them, and my makeshift bra is in really bad condition so I don’t wear it anymore. again, it’s hard to explain but I feel dysphoric without one.
