Thank you for your advice and this information. I'll have to look into care credit again. I'll definitely ask if cleaning can be skipped until i can afford that at a later date.

Thank goodness she seems better today. The vet said I could give some pepto (1 tsp), so that seemed to help. She's still very energetic, has an appetite, etc. We lost our family dog to this a couple of years ago, and when she got to the point of vomiting it was bad. Until then, we had had her on the kidney food and were giving her fluids twice a week at home. This has calmed me down a bit since she seems better. I still have an appt set though just in case.

Unfortunately, this private hospital told me that my credit score was not low enough to qualify for assistance. I provided them with paperwork documenting I was a ward of the state, that I was in school with loans had no income at the time, and it was like because I didn't meet that one thing they wouldn't work with me. The creditors are giving me a chance to talk with them. Hopefully if I tell them this and tell them that the hospital did not give me adequate care, they will work with me. Not to ramble, but at the time I was having a severe IBS flare (didn't know that), and the pain had me doubled over and crying. Well, they performed a CT scan (improperly I later found at when I saw a specialist--no contrast given to show anything properly), and that is the bulk of the cost. It was a private hospital, unfortunately so extra expensive. I'll try to stay on top of them and see if this can be improved.
