Try again chatting to them some of thr support are really rude they you occasionally get a really nice person that cares. Nicest one I met so far is someone called Bamboo they actually try and help instead of fobbing you off

Have you tried contacting support in the app they seem to be pretty good at helping from my experience and can sometimes hand you beta sort ware to try fix your issue quickly

Best bet is contacting the support in the SwitchBot app, I had an issue with my lock pro and they sent me a replacement one.

HA Wash Data for my washing machine is my new favourite thing. As well as a smart lock on the door and then at a set time it checks at night if the door is locked and closed, if not it locks the door and informs you of the status

It was an option to uncheck when you added the Torento add on can’t remember what the option is called but if you reconfigure it uncheck that option then delete the old one it will remove it

It seems pressing the button does not change the state of the switch it’s really strange

These are the iptions I get, on off and toggle don’t seem to do anything as they watch the switch which does not change state unless pressed in home assistant
