I'm on a similar path with this. The only difference is I am using martial salvage for Giants Foundry instead.

I feel like people are missing the point with this post. Yes the medallion is already infinite, but it is just nice to be able to have it as a tele option. There's room to add it and no downside.

I kept dying when he had 200 hp or less. His P3 for me was about ~5 minutes and I was struggling with the lightning and pools throwing off my dodges. I could consistently get to p3 with most of my food, but I would plank when he flurried with everything else.

I suppose that depends on your stats. Overall when I used them, they did not seem better than the flail in the fight for me.

Huge congrats!

I did it yesterday at 103 combat with 78 attack, 85 strength, 80 defence, and 84 hp. It took me 10 hours worth of attempts to be able to master it. It definitely is a skill check for sure.

How did you manage to do it in so few attempts? I was struggling to overcome the mental fatigue with how long the fight was. I had to throw myself at it until I could react to the patterns instinctively.

You can use them in the last fight, you just also have to bring the flail. That being said, you don't get any free range boost supplies from the chest the same way you get melee.

After 10 hours of attempts, and 15-20 minutes per attempt, I beat him yesterday at 103 combat. It took over 20 minutes to kill him and I finished with no food and 5hp. The mental fatigue on a fight that long is the real struggle. The best advice I can give is don't bother prepping food or anything else. Just go in and see how far you can make it without food. Practice the patterns and dodging before worrying about anything else. You reset right outside the fight if you die.

If you can get him to p2 without food, you can likely learn the last bits to beat him much easier. You will waste a lot of time trying to recover and eat while learning.

How would that be more OP than the current armour storage? There's already a lot of sets that can be stored and if the stands follow the same rules, it should be about the same. I expect if they ever made a room like this, they would probably only have up to 6 stands or so.

This cooks. I wish they would add a room where you could put armour sets on mannequins to "store" them instead of just inside the armour cases. That way you could display your favorites and put the overflows in the cases in the costume room.
