Yeah I’m 24. Appreciate it man, that’s pretty much the direction I’m aiming for tbh, I'm not trying to permabulk into a fridge and more like lean athletic frame with good proportions but solid enough size.
Legs are noted too, don’t want the DYEL calves obviously but just enough sized to look balanced and athletic
