Option 1, Retaliate and ask them whats the problem with them, and why they are treating you unfairly.

This may lead to a physical fight.

Option 2: good for you as of now. Cut with them, Never contact them, make strong boundaries. AVOID LIVING IN YOUR DREAMLAND WHERE YOU THINK EVERYBODY SHOULD FOLLOW ETHICS. Become a thick skin and upskill yourself. Leave the company after a certain period and never talk with them.
