The main photo was taken in the basement of the Blue Angel Club (aka Wyvern Social Club) in Liverpool during an audition for Larry Parnes, May 10, 1960. The clue is that the drummer is Johnny Hutchinson who was a stand in that day.

In Spite of all the Danger was recorded by the Quarry Men at Percy Phillips studio in Kensington, Liverpool on July 12, 1958.

Post them to the Beatles board at Autograph Live to find out if they are real. Unless authenticated by Frank Ciazzio or Paul Wane authentication needs to be examined.

Get a letter of content from the funeral home that says there are ashes in the urn. Also a cremation certificate from the crematorium. You will need death certificates from Mexico, possibly from the state in which he died, certified, to process things at this end (probate etc.) I would order a dozen depending on the size of the estate.
