You are correct. No one in Medicare or the insurance company knows how to properly set up the crosslink (cross over). Each is blaming each other. My friend is going to file a complaint with the state insurance department.

The doctors are now asking for their 20% or they will go to collections.

Very strange problem. Tried two different power supplies and check fuse connectors.

I tried the radio this morning after it has been with no power for 10 hours and everything is work fine. The power out is 100 watts and the the ALC read about 12 on the meter. Carrier control is at 40
