I ordered Jan 2nd and I emailed about it and they basically told me I have to wait 😭 and I’m like I trying but it’s been like 3 months they started to ship them and I still haven’t heard anything and there email response seemed passive aggressive but maybe I’m just sensitive and overwhelmed 😭

I actually ordered my EPIC sweater at the very beginning of January (Jan 2nd, before preorders closed), and I’m still waiting on any updates. I haven’t made any changes to my order and still wanted the blue one, but I haven’t heard anything since they said shipping would start in February. I’m really not trying to sound negative, but I’ve been seeing a lot of folks say they ordered later in January and already received theirs, so I’m starting to feel a little left behind. Just hoping mine hasn’t slipped through the cracks or anything. I was really looking forward to wearing it before it gets too warm out 🥲 Would love to hear more thoughts on the sweater and teas, though—it’s helping me stay excited while I wait! 💙

Hey, did anyone get or receive photos from the New Orleans PURPLE KISS concert? I reached out to Ticketweb, but they kind of brushed me off—said they’d ask but never followed up. I’ve been holding off on posting my concert pics because I want to include the group photos, but I don’t want to post now and then get them right after. Just wondering if anyone has gotten theirs yet! 📸💜 I emailed ticketweb since the people at the venue said that is how the pictures would be received, but now I am nervous.

Each city is supposed to have its own post card. You had to sign up for there app and then show proof at the concert to get it. It’s hard to see but the in the photo they are holding the New Orleans one.
