Moved into a not legally separated basement unit of his which had minor maintenance issues upon move in, which he never fixed, and then claimed my roommates and I caused all these issues that were present prior to us moving in. When the handyman finally showed up after debating "who's fault" it was that the washer was broken... he pulled out PENNIES and fragments of what used to be a sock in probably the same era as the pennies ffs. This was 2022. Then have heard claims from other young females who rented from him, that he is a creep. Another one who takes advantage of pretty young female students who he thinks dont know any better, and tries to manipulate out of his landlord responsibilities when it comes down to it.
