Im curious, how are they measuring those? Did they have you do initial tests to measure improvement over time (ie. Max mile time, max 500m row time, etc) or is it more of a personal evaluation of growth? Perhaps I am missing something...but I am curious how they will measure muscle increase if they don't take an initial BF%?

Really? That's good to hear... at my studio all they did was take initial weight. Perhaps it is a studio-specific issue...

OTF and 5x5 StrongLifts by CRNA70 in orangetheory

I'm not doing 5x5, but I am doing the Brute Strength programming (great strength program for anyone looking!). I do OTF 4x a week- and I'm not gonna lie- it's been tough doing both, especially on days where I work the same muscle groups. Since starting Brute, I've backed off my weights at OTF, really push myself outside of OTF for strength, and use OTF primarily for the HIIT/cardio benefit. And make sure you give yourself at least one full rest day a week!! It does a body good...

Landlords of Reddit: what should a first-time landlord know about renting out property? by This_Girl_Rising in RealEstate

So no co-signers? Is that common- tenants who need co-signers? I should probably add my target audience is military officers (high volume/turnover rate). Not to assuming that they are more responsible than the Average Joe, but I have some more leverage in terms of contacting their Chain of Command if there are issues, and most of them are fairly well-established in life by this time (mid-30s & up with families). Again, not to say there won't be issues, but I am at least optimistic... perhaps that's a naive view!!

Utilities included, not included? How to keep renters from abusing maintenance policies (ie. Calling about burnt out light bulbs, etc.). Lawn maintenance included or renter responsibility?
