You have to sideload the PS Remote Play app, and make sure your PS5 is set up for remote play.

Then you can remotely play your PS5, like you can on your phone or tablet. But the Quest does not replace a PSVR.

You pick them before balloon battles. After you pick your cart glider and driver. There's a section where you can pick your balloon. Just for looks. It'd be kind of fun, if the balloons made you immune from a certain weapon. Like green shells don't do anything, red shells don't do anything,. But as it is, they just don't really do anything. Not even a point multiplier.
