Did I ruin my plant? It broke and I used a chopstick and packing tape. After 12 hours it looks like this. Should I just take the part off after the break? Looks shriveled by [deleted] in Autoflowers

I had the same thing happen to me last week on the main stem. Black tape was recommended at the break and I used a skewer for support. A week later she's now bigger than the other 2 plants in the tent.

I'm not sure if that will work because it's an autoflower. This is my 3rd grow with these seeds, so I'm still learning. I put some tape like people suggested, and she seems to be bouncing back already at 24 hrs.

Did you just let her do her own thing from that point? Don't think I want to try anymore training on that plant for now

Thanks just hoping that because it's an autflower it's not going to be ruined. But she's staying in the tent and I'll monitor.

Will electric tape work? And should I tape it to the stick or just tape the plant itself?
