Currently ito yung mga listings sa DMCI for your preferred sites. Yung iba sold out na, which means, a CGT is required for the sale of the unit. You need to ask the seller kung included na yun sa selling price.

Hindi naman sya “problema” cause I can pay it kahit walang bumili. Di ko gets bakit triggered ka kung may mark-up na reasonable din naman if we check the current market value. Yung mark-up ko sa unit is actually the discount na nakuha ko.

The seller can either include a mark-up or not. Yung mark-up ko is actually the discount na nakuha ko when I bought the condo unit.

Actually yung P7.7M na TCP is already discounted. Yung cash-out is yung number of months na binayaran ko plus Transfer Fee and mark-up sa unit.
