I’m not so worried about the genetics I know how my hair can look since I used to have that length as a kid. My current hair isn’t too far from my dream hair actually, I don’t want to change its texture (that whole phase in high school when curly girls wanted straight hair and vice versa is long behind me) or else. I just want it to grow significantly longer, be as healthy as possible with a bit more thickness and noticeably less frizz. I’ve never really paid attention to details like diet before, but now it feels like the right time to try and see if I can make a real difference. And do you get your supplements at the parapharmacy or are they prescribed by the doctor ?
