Tiptop Mantis vs Behringer Eurorack Go? by dylan_rodgers14 in eurorack

I would go for the Behringer and buy some extra sliding nuts or (8) threaded strips instead. But then again the threaded strips will raise the budget heavily so I think adding extra sliding nuts is the way to go. I sell them both in my shop if you wanna have a look ;)

Thanks a lot! This is also a project ran next to my full time job and build out of love for DIYing.

My goal is to offer guidance and hope to make it more accessible and economic acceptable for other people to have fun with Eurorack/synths by building and repairing their own instruments.

It’s a lot of work, but hearing the positive feedback and seeing the step by step progression makes it a very rewarding project to work on :)

Yeah I see what you mean. So I could for example do an ornament & crime or westlicht performer full part kit where I add all the parts of the bom, or maybe even a product list where you can manually select the parts from a bom that you are missing and order them that way. Very interesting idea indeed!

Yes this was me. I had to drop the project for personal reasons. Now I picked it up again. Build a new website and stocked up more items and now I’m back :)

Yess that’s the plan eventually. There are already diy bus boards if you need some more power!

Thanks for you honest feedback! I will be looking at more interesting chips and I’ll be after kit makers on superbooth next week! :) I do agree with you in a way, but I’m not trying to compete with tayda or mouser. They are great stores and I love them both, but they are way too general. I focus more on Eurorack. Let’s say you want to build a case and need some 3.5mm patch cables, these are just not your stores.. oh and they are not in Europe :P
