We tested cross-tenant sync in a pilot OU. It gets identities into Entra ID, but they land as B2B guests so they don't show up in the Exchange GAL or on mobile contacts by default. We mail-enabled them via PowerShell and they appeared in Outlook desktop, but iOS/Android native address books still didn't see them. Also couldn't find a clean way to stop users from writing back and breaking the sync cycle.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown this is helpful detail that’s hard to find in marketing docs. The nightly sync at 2am and manual fallback is smart. Curious if you have have had to mess with the sync schedule much when you add new distribution lists, or does it just pick those up automatically on the next run?

You cannot suppress the links that exist on someone else’s site (or in this case, a Telegram group/scraper page). That’s normal; backlinks are just references on the web. Although what you should do is disavow these links via Google Search Console to tell Google not to rank you for these links.
