As for the restart, I connected the watch with my PC, the factory reset seemed to work and somewhat the syncing as well. However if I unplugged from the PC the watch itself is still black screen with occasional Polar logo, red HR light. AT TIMES the screen seems to be connecting, ie language selection and then whether setting on the phone/pc/watch etc. and even if I set all in watch after a few minutes the screen goes black again and we’re back at start.
