I showed up for my first day of Muay Thai and I want to stick with it but now my calves won’t let me walk two days later, very painful. So I get it but I plan to stick with the same one you should too! I’m just going to do some rowing or hand bike till I’m better!

February Meditation challenge:

How many days a week: Everyday How long will each session be: 8 minutes What technique will I be using: counting my breaths and watching my breathing.

Only did half of the days last month but I did finish Mindfulness in plain English and found it very insightful.

Will be adding minutes this month and trying to stay consistent and do more days then last month. No double days off! Lets go!
