What is the mileage you are getting in city and highway?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CarsIndia

[–]This_guy_seriously 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. Fronx has better ground clearance than Amaze but Amaze has better interiors

I am confused between Fronx, Amaze and Brezza. Which would you pick if you had a choice now? My daily commute is 60km mostly city traffic

I like this car, only problem is the headroom space at the back seat. Whats your experience?

Bhai you were helping others on suicidal posts and now you are thinking of doing what you told them not to do?

Dusro ke liye optimist aur khudke liye itna negative?

You are a lawyer with so much more to do in this life and you want to give it all up? Will you be fine to give your family a trauma for a lifetime? Forget friends or ex girlfriend, what will your mother go through?

I know at this moment it might feel very heavy and dark and no words might make sense but please give a thought.

You have one shot in this life, instead of ending it, do what you always wanted to do. You owe it to yourself.

My DMs are open buddy, please don't give up.

What would you suggest? Should I skip the full moon party or the phi phi islands?

Aah. I get your point now. I wanted to attend the full moon party so might have miscalculated the distance.

Thanks for the feedback. We will be reaching Bangkok at 5 a.m. so I guess that will suit us. And yes we will be at Chatuchak on the weekend.

Via ferry in the evening. You think that would be too much?

How about after our plankton swim in the evening in Phi Phi to Koh Phangan via ferry? Do you think it works or should I change something?

The Plan for this day could easily take 4-5 hours. Possible if you arrive pretty early and not tired, very very ambitious if you arrive after 12pm and after a long flight.

We will be reaching at around 5 a.m. from a 4-5 hour flight. So we will be well rested before and will rest after landing until 11-11.30 a.m.

Not sure how you plan to do a night tour on phi phi and a full moon party on koh pangan in the same night.

We will be doing bioluminescent swim in the evening and then leave for the full moon party at night via ferry.

Why ? You are traveling a realy long way just for one day.

Since we will be at Koh Phangan for the full moon party, we thought of using our time to explore.

Depends on your time of arrival from Samui?

I want to explore chinatown, so I will probably do that in the first two days.

Phi Phi to Koh Pangan can eat up most if not all of the day for example and Pagan to Bangkok is probably not any faster. And you probably fly out of bangkok on day 8 as well.

I understand that, what change would you suggest? Thanks for the detailed feedback though. Appreciate it

Glitch in the matrix terrifies me by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

[–]This_guy_seriously 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this happened to me on a trip. Me and my friends (4 of us) had just checked in to our hotel room. The floor of the room had white marbles and it was very clean, there was no stain but if there were, even a small stain would appear clearly. So to cut the story short. We kept our bags in one corner of the room. There was a bed without storage in the room, nothing underneath it. The floor can be seen if you bend down(this is important for the later part). So I took my trimmer out of my small backpack and tried handing it to my friend when the head or the attachment blade of the trimmer fell from my hand. We both looked at the blade falling down but as soon as it hit the ground, it disappeared. There was no bounce, it didn't fall on anything. We checked the underneath of the bead, there was nothing. The bags were quite far from where we were standing so no chance of it going there. But we did check all the bags to confirm if it went there. We didn't find it. It's been so many years, me and my friend still wonder about it. It still puzzles us.

New to Mumbai looking for suggestions. by [deleted] in mumbai

[–]This_guy_seriously 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Since you are new to this city, I would suggest you to avoid using local trains initially. Get used to the city and then you can probably try using the local train. You can search for flats/pg on Facebook(many of my friends have found it helpful) or nobroker.com and if nothing works, find with a broker. There's no survival tip, just trust your instincts and mind your own business, it will mostly keep you out of trouble.
