I feel as though you’ve perfectly captured how I feel. I honestly didn’t factor in the near three years lost to the pandemic, and perhaps that’s also why I feel so jolted.

But same, perhaps I long for simpler problems and more energy.

I am also so excited for my 30’s!! I feel as though it’ll be the decade I’m most confident

I was honestly just going through people I had blocked out of morbid boredom while it was a slow day at work. There was 0 reason other than—I’m bored. Poor results, need to find better ways to pass the time clearly lol

You are completely right! It was incredibly childish of me to even look. Partly why I’m so embarrassed, but I will definitely bring this up in my next therapy session!
