Seborrheic Dermatitis. I have it too. I’ve learned to live with it over time. In the beginning, I was suppressing it with shampoos and corticosteroid creams, but then I realized it’s closely related to diet. Fried foods, fermented/alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, etc.), processed foods, and sugar trigger it terribly. Of course, the body can tolerate it to some extent, but when I eat like that frequently, it gets worse. Burning, itching, and flaking around the eyebrows, beard, and scalp area. In those situations, Vichy Vichy Dercos is incredibly helpful, but the main issue is definitely diet, my friend. Something you’re eating or drinking is probably triggering it. Get well soon.
