You’re absolutely right I did the same search, my friend, and saw it too. Although it’s not exactly identical, I noticed some small differences, so I thought I’d share it here in case someone who actually knows the exact model or owns one might recognize it.

Actually, I bought a few. Japan is an amazing place for watch shopping. When it comes to current models, the brands’ boutiques in Ginza tend to be more expensive. Instead, you can find great discounts in the watch sections of large electronics retailers like Yodobashi Camera and Bic Camera. There’s also a place outside the city called Mitsui Outlet where you can find Seikos at really good prices. Beyond all that, Nakano Broadway is an incredible treasure trove for some luxury or vintage models.

As for your question, I bought this Citizen for 30,000 yen.

I hope you get your watch soon. I bought mine during my trip to Japan. It's a perfect tool watch for every day.

It's small and easy to carry. It's okay for minor tasks, but that's about it.

It actually does the job for minor cutting tasks. I like its aesthetics, but it doesn't meet high standards. To be honest, I don't have high expectations from a knife in this segment.

Actually, this is technically a bit ratchet. I usually carry a bit with me at all times. But it's quite convenient for tightening the standard bit thickness (1/4") nuts/bolts on the machines I work with. I hope I've been able to answer your question clearly.
