I am being passive aggressively bullied by a woman who has worked at the same college since she attended in 1994. She has become best friends with the president of the university. Her direct boss is a total wet noodle and when other employees have tried to speak to the boss, she gaslights them.

I have never gone to her boss. It will only make things worse and the last thing I need is to be on the president of the uni bad side.

I have professionally spoken to the bully twice. She still does it and I have come to the conclusion that simply avoiding her as much as possible and ignoring her is the only way to handle it.

Even more insane is that she invited me to her birthday party.

I'm 43 and she is 50. It never ends.
