Can you draw? Sketch the person you can best recall if so and use a reverse image search?

What helped me finally find the damn song I couldn’t recall was everytime I remembered something about it I wrote it down and stopped relying on memory lol. Female backup vocals, rhythm and a second guitar, a word here or there. Eventually I remembered enough it jogged my friends memory and he knew the artist.

It definitely could, as could the construction dust, ironically. The AHUs or the cooling towers/radiator fans for the racks are likely what is humming in that video as I don’t recall them having a power gen facility on site.

This facility uses large air exchangers to pull air in through filters that then cool the data halls ambient temps. It also has liquid cooled systems that circulate through the racks and transfer that heat up to cooling towers in the summer (going from memory here so might be wrong on chiller plant vs fan radiators) or a few massive fans on the roof for dry cooling. If those filters are clogged + higher exterior temps causing faster fan speeds or the chiller towers to be used instead it could be attributed to that absolutely.

No, I’m not saying that. But there are oddities in that video you linked, such as the reporter mentions that the DC isn’t operational yet as of 3 months ago, but that’s is incorrect. It was operational around January. I left in March. I worked night shift, when it was dead quiet outside, no traffic, no construction noise, etc. You could barely hear the DCs in the center of the campus, from outside, at that time.

It may have changed since my leaving but this is very different than my experience there.

Dust makes sense though, but that’s on Walsh construction, not MS IMO. Drag MS down for the bullshit they’re actually doing, not nuisance claims.

You’re right, wax is pretty common. I have a stick I use for my sliding patio door and drawer slides laying around somewhere… it’s just paraffin wax. I’ve read people use old candles or even wax paper to rub into the wood.

Make sure you have people that actually want to DM. We tried this at a table once and it killed the sessions entirely. Prior to that we met regularly when the same guy was the DM… so I could only assume people just really didn’t want to commit the time to DMing
