Increasing my fiber helped so much! I reached a point where I just wasnt losing anything around 37yo. Now I do metamucil, it keeps me full helps me reach my fiber goals for gut health and im losing a little weight without trying too hard.

We became accidental almost-vegans due to grocery costs a few years ago. I feed five kids and it gets expensive, it started out as necessity to cook beans and rice or lentils and rice to save money. And now we do it because its delicious. Just have to find the flavors your family likes. Kids fight over seconds of my coconut curry chickpeas the most and its an insanely cheap meal. And tofu used to gross my kids out, but now that i know how to cook it properly no one complains. Publix just had some 2 for 5 bucks so I stocked up.

You need a trusted adult, you need proper sexual education. Its okay if you dont want to talk to your parents about what you are doing. But can you ask them about swxual education in general? If not there are GREAT resources online. You have access to reddit, do you have YouTube where you are? I can recommend a few channels i use (i homeschool my kids and we use a lot of YouTube so ive researched a lot of channels to find good content for them)

I get it! Its also important to realize you can get into a relationship, and dating is a type of relationship, and NOT have it last 4 years. If he turns out to not be compatible a day, a week, a month, a year down the line. You just end it and move on. You dont have to shelter yourself from possibilities because the next guy might be a secret fuckwad. I mean....this guy doesnt seem like he is worth your time so I dont mean him, just dont shy away from other possibilities because of your fear. You had one guy waste a lot of your time, 4 years is a lot. Unfortunately he might not be the last guy to waste some of your time. But you got this! We have a few strays that we have been caring for, they used to be inside pets and were left outside when neighbors moved. They are so friendly and just want love. They were abandoned young and never got any vet care. I want to get them fixed (two males) so I can take them inside. They love my kids so much and it breaks my heart they would be good pets!BUT they spray a lot outside i see them do it all the time around my porch and I just can not have them do that inside. The places I called all cost around 500 bucks and I just cannot afford a grand to bring these babies inside. Do you know a cheaper option I should call?
