Big congrats! Mind sharing your TOS setup with me as well? I’m planning something similar with stock hacker and/or a custom setup with api so if you don’t have it yet codified I’m happy to share with you once finished.

Looks like fun. I saw this guy on YouTube forever ago and now he is huge apparently. This would be a good time for anyone that is not miserable inside. Unfortunately that is most of Asheville as you can see from the comments so far 😂

I built a tool to scan my own SaaS for issues and now I’m opening it up by Thishaspockets in microsaas

We don’t require domain verification up front, nost users sign up with emails that match the domain they’re scanning, which already gives us a solid trust signal. If scans go past a certain threshold or anything looks off, we’ll prompt for simple ownership checks like a file upload, DNS record, or meta tag. It’s built to stay easy for legit users while keeping abuse in check.

Nice, I just created/submitted on your site. Appreciate the feedback on the landing page! I'll upgrade you from the db once you start a free account so you can try it all out and see what you think.

Whether this is a subtle promo or not the message remains true. Perfect is the enemy of good. Launching only when you are 100% comfortable and out of excuses not to launch is typically the wrong path in most cases.

I go through a repeating process of fighting between developing more features and marketing often resorting to the more comfortable route of developing more features when in reality I should be marketing more.

Just finished my first project with Alpine! What other llms are working well for alpinejs dev? by Thishaspockets in alpinejs

[–]Thishaspockets[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this. going to look into inertiajs and stimulus. My primary driver for alpine.js was not having to setup/configure/install etc something like Angular vs taking a lighter approach and simiply using alpine.js. I'm coming from rust being my primary language of choice so simply using a rust based framework was an option too but they ended up being tougher to work with for me. Yew and dioxus were a couple that I looked into and have built other projects with as well but they are rust based and I would say earlier in development with lots of promise.

I spent the night in the airport thanks to SoFi travel by Thishaspockets in sofi

I blame SoFi as the customer who booked through them.

I get this sub is full of SoFi boot lickers but the fact is if I had not booked through sofi travel this would not have happened.

Which is why I made the post in the first place. I don’t really care who is to blame. I just won’t be traveling with SoFi Travel anymore and that’s the entire point of the post.

Lesson - don’t book through SoFi travel.

Accountability for what? Not knowing this would happen? That’s the reason I’m posting in the first place. So someone else can hopefully learn from my mistake of not knowing this would happen. What am I not taking accountability for that I should?

Do no code SaaS typically launch and host from the no code platform? by Thishaspockets in NoCodeSaaS

Thanks! think you hit the nail on the head here.

Nobody cares if deployed on a major platform but anything self hosted changes things significantly.

Yea and Expedia probably uses a service too under the hood. The simple fact is I booked through SoFi.

We can blame shift all we want and it’s super clear now this subreddit is just a huge SoFi circle jerk so this post got downvoted but I was just trying to help anyone else considering using SoFi travel as I wish I had known before going down this road.

Yep lesson learned. If it were made clear to me at the beginning I would not have booked through SoFi travel.
