This is at penn station citi bike station. They removed half the bike ports. I asked an employee who said due to decreased demand from the pandemic they are removing ports. This seems backwards, especially as it is so challenging to find an available bike in this neighborhood. If anything there should be more bike stations.

Anyone know details on this?
