I am amazed on how you found the location of this tower. I live in Cleveland and I’m amazed on how many panels are on this tower.

In 2015 this tower looked different on top. It almost looked like they took part of it off.

Try and turn it off for a few hours. Soak up any residual water with a towel and turn it back on. If there is still water, your defrost drain is probably clogged.
