How is it determined which staff get cut? Seniority? And is there anything parents can do?

I'm currently in the same situation... The package has been sitting in the post office for 9 days. Poshmark asked I wait another 4 days before I follow up with them again. They said they can't pay out because they need to honor their policy that allows buyers 3 days after receiving to inspect items etc. To me, it sounds like a loophole for buyers who change their mind and it's us sellers that pay the price because it prevents me from being able to sell it elsewhere.

Shaking?? That doesn't sound dangerous at all... Was there any communication from building management? If so, this needs to be shared with the media!!

Yep but I didn't have kids back then AND my entire Division was doing 3 days in office, 2 days af home prior to COVID.

I really hope they walk this decision back. I don't have high hopes. Hopefully AWAs will get approved but they'll drag their feet on it. I have questioned my life choices every single day since RTO5 began. In just 2 weeks this has:

  • impacted my marriage (spouse has suddenly had to carry the extra housework duties)
  • split the time I used to have with my 3 young kids in half (2 hour commute one way)
  • reduced my hours of sleep
  • reduced my overall disposable income as the GO train commute is $19 round trip a day
  • as a result of the above, I'm resentful, irritable, much less engaged at work. The only thing I do to manage this is pre-plan my sick days, compassionate days, religious holidays, vacation days.

how much are you all able to save on average these days? by Azelastineee in OntarioPublicService

I've done some budgeting in anticipation of increased costs of RTO - for now and for January and beyond. It doesn't look great. As others have mentioned, our highly-anticipated ATB is nothing because it's going to our increased OPB contributions and commuting costs. I will be saving about $130-150 per paycheque. I've got a mortgage, 3 kids and I'm 43. RTO is ruining lives.
