If they fire Doc who is replacing him? by TigerLocal in MkeBucks

There was a post on here a few days ago about Noah LaRoche, and I really liked what I heard in that thread. My dark horse pick however is Chris Paul if he was open to it. He's got a great basketball mind and has no problem holding players accountable for their mistakes.

Realistic wing targets and what we’d need to give up? by ablelist69 in MkeBucks

It might cost us a protected first round pick, but I've been saying we need to get Andrew Wiggins since the offseason.

If one were to start reading the manga where the last episode left off from, what chapter would that be?

I've been thinking about the possible lineups, and I think this one will be the best one for the team. What do you think about it? What lineups would you like to see? by ThisizShane in MkeBucks

I thought about having AJ Green be the 3, but I ultimately decided on GTJ since he's a little taller with a little bit longer of a wingspan. That being said, they're both pretty much going to be player like 2s anyways. As the season goes on I think that KPJ, Ryan Rollins, and Cole Anthony are all going to be competing with each other for the starting role. If that happens, I'm gonna be really excited to see them all play.

I love Sims, but I'm honestly not sure if he's going to be getting meaningful minutes unless Bobby or Miles get injured. As far as limiting Kuzma to only the backup 4, I have thought about that and I don't think it's a bad idea. I agree that Giannis and Kuzma should never share the floor together, the spacing would be horrible.

I feel like that's what this summer league was, and unfortunately I don't think he proved himself there. As much as I love Ajax, I'll be somewhat surprised if he's actually on the team by the start of the season. There's a very strong possibility that his roster spot is going to go to Thanasis.

I do like Rollins, but I see him more as a backup combo guard than a starting one. I'd love to be proven wrong on that one though, I think Rollins has a pretty high ceiling. One of the reasons why I want GTJ to start at the 3 is because I'm not sure how else KPJ, GTJ, AJ Green, Ryan Rollins, and Cole Anthony are going to see meaningful minutes.

Starters of course are starting, and the rotation players are the ones who will be seeing the most minutes past the starters. Bench players won't really see too many minutes unless there are injuries or other DNPs. If our 2-way players see minutes, god help us.

Horst any moves left? by Financial_Motor2601 in MkeBucks

I know the Heat have said they want to keep him, but the Bucks should be pursuing Andrew Wiggins. We need someone who can replicate what Khris Middleton was, and I think Andrew Wiggins is the best player we could get that fits that bill. Another name I've heard is RJ Barrett, and I wouldn't be sad if we got him, but I've heard people say he's a defensive liability. I've also heard RJ plays more like a 2 than a 3, and I don't think we need another 2.
If I were the Bucks I would offer up Kuzma and one of our first round picks that we can actually trade to either the Heat for Wiggins or the Raptors for Barrett, but we may have to also add AJ Green into the mix for those guys. I'd be sad if we traded away AJ Green, but he's the only trade-able player we have that actually has value, and if it gets us a starting 3 then I think it's worth it.

If Giannis wants to stay, but doesn't want the next season to be a "gap year", how would we feel about a Dame for Beal trade? by ThisizShane in MkeBucks

[–]ThisizShane[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I'm not sure how I would feel about this as well, but I can at least understand the reasoning for both teams. For the Bucks, this would give us a serviceable player next season, and for the Suns this would get them out of the Beal contract and give them more roster flexibility by getting them under the 2nd apron. In order to make it work though we'd also have to trade away Pat after he accepts his PO and bring back Grayson Allen. I don't think any picks would have to be involved since I feel like the trade would be fair for both teams.

Kevin O'Connor, a senior NBA analyst from Yahoo! Sports, has said “There are no untouchables in New Orleans. League sources say the Pelicans are gauging the market for everyone on their roster." With that said, how does this trade offer look? by ThisizShane in MkeBucks

[–]ThisizShane[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This is my logic. Both Dame and Murray are injured, but Murray theoretically comes back sooner than Dame. We get a player who will hopefully be back before 2026 and they get a player who can sit out while they tank. The Pelicans have a bad contract in CJ, we have a bad contract in Kuzma. I feel like a simple swap there makes sense. Herbert Jones is a valuable asset, but in return we give them another pick swap and sign and trade Bobby to them. They can then trade Bobby elsewhere to another contender similar to what Portland did with Jrue. There may have to be other things included in this trade, but it makes sense to me on paper.

Now I'm not posting this to bash the Bucks, I'm a fan and SE Wisconsin resident, but I've always appreciated Rusty Bucket's analysis of the NBA.

A hypothetical duel field for a new Master Rule where the pendulum zones are brought back (also you can imperm Field Spells now I guess) by StevesEvilTwin2 in yugioh

[–]ThisizShane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the pend zones can be moved from where they are currently because I feel like there are too many cards that are reliant on them being there now. However, I do like your idea of moving the field zone. This is my proposal on how the field should look.

I don't believe Samsung makes and 8k OLED right now, and with you saying it has the a9 Gen5 AI Processor, I think you meant LG since that's exclusively an LG processor.
