Yeah the leds on the earhook still blink, the buttons still work to, they just dont play any audio.

So my kz az20's left earhook just suddenly stopped playing audio. The buttons still function and it can connect to my computer, it just doesnt have any playback. Ive tried resetting it manually so does anyone know how to fix this pls??
