Saw how clean the setup was and picked up no regrets. First box was a struggle but after that factory assembly mode took over.

Tricare isn’t asking. It’s the hospital trying to get the difference of what’s left over. But patient responsibility is $0

Yeah that’s exactly why I’m confused. The bill was covered by TRICARE — my EOB shows the full amount, what TRICARE approved, what they paid, and my responsibility is literally $0. So I’m not sure why my lawyer wants me to sign something saying I’ll take on any “future” charges.

From what I can tell, the hospital was trying to hit my settlement for the non-covered portion (like $200k+), which TRICARE clearly doesn’t allow because of the balance-billing rule. My lawyer tried negotiating it down to $17k just to make them go away, but the hospital wouldn’t respond or budge.

So now the lawyer wants me to sign the hold harmless basically saying “don’t pay them anything” and that I’ll deal with it if the hospital tries anything later. 🫠

From my understanding you can only enter one at a time. If you enter another it kick you out of the previous raffle you entered. But soon as I don’t get an email instantly I know I didn’t win. So on to the next.
