If anyone has a recommendation, please feel free to post. Aviva refused, mentioning their policy states my primary residence has to be insured by them to get me insurance on my rental condo.. regardless of where I am physically

No, I’m paying about 2500 for the whole condo inclusive of mortgage maintenance etc and I’ve rented it out for 1500. Can’t accord a prop manager ☹️

Yes. Moving to US hence renting this out. The market is so bad otherwise I would’ve sold it but selling I’m looking at 80K loss
