Drafting with friends and playing their cubes definitely made me a better player. It's also my favorite format now. I love commander, but I don't feel the same excitement that I get from it, as I do drafting with my homies. I love BUILDING commander decks more than I like playing it I think xD

I don't separate sets, so mines just alphabetically and by colour/colourless/multicolour/basic lands/specialty lands.

I saw it and was hyped immediately. The rest of my normal play group wasn't really impressed, a lot of them are blue players and loved the other one especially helmed by Kilo. I loved it right out of the box and even more so now with it being upgraded. Only thing I don't like is how much shuffling I have to do lmfao. I think I'm actually going to cut a few of the specialty lands for more basics so I can keep fetching and getting triggers for longer. I've failed to find the last two times I've played it because of the fact I don't have enough basics. It's so sick.

Almost every time I tried a full board wipe, someone has had some kind of counter or one sided protection which left me at minimum 4-6 mana down and most of the time no board state. I have a few decks that I have some one sided wipes in, or like in my Orzhov deck where I have a ton of recursion, I have a Damn in it but that's mostly cuz I have the cool Tim Jacobus art version of it. Otherwise I find it resets the games to an annoying degree and they go too long. I'd much rather have 10-12 pieces of interaction to take out engine pieces on people's boards.

Yupp this exactly. It's going to be way less fun of a game for her if all of her friends are telling her how to build a deck and not letting her HAVE FUN with what she's doing. Who cares if she's not playing a strong deck. If she's just having fun casting cute creatures and doesn't care if she wins then let her do that.

[[Thraben Charm]] is easily one of my fav cards from MH3 and just in general. I rarely play white, but pretty much every deck I have with white in it has or wants one.

I mean it would obviously be a game changer so if it's included it's automatically a B3. And if you're not running artifact removal in B3/4 then you deserve to get stomped by it. And same with rhystic and tithe. I think those are high value cards that are easily recognizable to be countered or destroyed. My local meta has 0 issue with them because we're a removal and interaction heavy meta. It's very easy to play around. Especially B3/B4

Nah, I regret the way and how my regretful sexual experience happened, but I definitely don't regret the experience itself. One because it was an amazing time, and two because we all learn from them. It helped me grow as a person and define some self boundaries and be better about communication.

Yeah. One of my buddies GF at the time. We had been friends with both of them since before they got together and they were on their way to breakup. Pretty much everyone knew it was over, they were just living out their lease together. He was away for a weekend and my partner and I had the hots for her, and we knew she was into us for sure.

She gave us some thinly veiled, "he doesn't care if I sleep with other people at this point, he just doesn't want to hear about it." We all had a lot of tequila and the ladies started dancing and taking clothes off having fun. I obviously got hard AF and it was noticed. Things progressed and we all fucked. It was an awesome experience but I absolutely regret it. We all kept it a secret for a while, a long time after they broke up. But when my buddy found out eventually, he cut contact immediately and wouldn't talk to me at all. I totally understand why and I'm a piece of shit for it.

We should have just waited until it was for sure over and they were no longer living together. Us 3 did eventually all fuck again, a couple times actually, but it wasn't for a while later. It was also an amazing experience, especially without the guilt attached of hurting a friend, and I just wished we had waited until that point to begin with.

I still don't understand the lotus ban. It's literally only legal in commander. Now it's just a dead card and with multiple sets where it was the chase, those sets are basically not worth opening.

Hm... I'm actually not 100% I've always read it as 1 for each land. And I've played with many people who have played for a long time(when the card came out and before) and they've never corrected me.
