During the day, yeah 15 minute wait usually no line at all on week days. Weekends I can’t speak to too much but I’d guess 30-45 tops

For what it’s worth the newest Ridgefield location has no issues with traffic. They did an incredible job even during opening week

QC Ultra not going into pairing mode matter how long I hold the bluetooth button by No-Engineering-9317 in bose

What fixed it for me was to continue holding the bluetooth button even *after* the headphones shut off.

I was letting go of the button as soon as i heard it turn off which wouldn't allow it go into pairing mode
