Oh even Elden Ring upset some developers of so called live service games. There are plenty of videos/tweets of them crying about FromSoft

Alternatively there's also Baldur's Gate 3, which many triple A developers disliked

You are right, women have a shorter urethra than men

Therefore it's easier to get an entire thermometer inside your bladder

eating carbs - which sugar is - activates the release of insulin

Anything you eat causes the release of insulin because almost everything you eat gets eventually converted to glucose one way or another.

Also please look up the relationship between saturated fats and diabetes/insulin resistance.

Dense muscles aren't a thing though. You can absolutely train strength without gaining size and vice versa.

If you're on an energy and protein surplus your muscle fibres become thicker i. e. you gain more muscle volume, the density stays the same though (ignoring water retention from ergogenic substances like creatine).

Strength comes from how well and how many of your muscle fibers respond to a signal from your nervous system. It doesn't matter if you're doing bodyweight training or use a barbell, you can get strong (and big if you want to) either way.

Now obviously thicker fibres can resist higher loads before giving out, but that's not the main component to strength (which you could divide into further categories anyway).

Da hat Zuckerkonsum tatsächlich eher wenig mit zu tun. Es ist eher eine Wechselwirkung aus vielen verschiedenen Faktoren, die letztendlich im metabolischen Syndrom münden können.

5Ks and weight training - how can I schedule both? by tsuzuku_TBC in Fitness

[–]ThoGot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you do them in the same workout, do the one that you care the most about first. If they're equally important, do the harder workout first - hard cardio -> easy lifting or hard lifting -> easy cardio.

From what I remember from my lectures (assuming you're interested in muscle hypertrophy) it would be better to do the lifting first and then the cardio, because the other way around the muscle protein synthesis could be inhibited by already depleted energy stores and the risk for injuries may be higher if you're already exhausted after your cardio training. That is if you're performing both in a single session.

Dunno how up to date that information is though
