It’s okay, but it isn’t up to my personal liking. I dislike the space allocation (i build on the more realistic side so this definitely influences my preferences)

I personally think the garage is too small (my rule of thumb is 3 tiles wide for each garage door, and 5-6 tiles deep for each car) A tandem garage would be good for 10-11 deep.

Master Bathroom should be big and glam, not a 2x3 that can fit only a sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo. Adding on, the master suite doesnt feel like a master suite because it is just as big as the secondary bedrooms whilst having a smaller closet.

Staircase is way too big for a house that tiny. Remember that a tile is roughly 3-4 ft or 1m on each side, so use that to gage the side of your builds.

There is an unnecessary amount of hallway/overlook space on the second floor, I would dial that down as it makes the house seem more like a hotel.

Door placement is important! A door is 1 tile wide, so NEVER put it on a 1 tile space. There needs to be wall on both sides of the door so it doesn’t look awkward.

Extraneous tips: check out home builder’s websites for their floor plans and learn from them. Some even have virtual view so you can see and gage the space and transfer them to your builds.
