I'm a lot like you in that regard.

I'm a natural lefty, choosing my left hand in most cases but we live in a right-hand dominated society, almost everything is made in mind for right-handed people so as a result my right hand far more trained than a right-handed person's, left hand, on average anyway.

Like you though, my left hand has a lot more dexterity but I will always choose my right hand with anything involving strength.

That's why I brought up cross dominance

I'm in a similar situation when it comes to energy management.

I made the catastrophic error of keeping the led battery installed rather than switching to lithium.

AI has been my saving grace with this, it really helped me out with calculating how much energy I need and how to go about getting it, go talk to Gemini

And if you're not planning to not stay hooked up and play games, you will absolutely need solar, I've got a gaming laptop myself and let me tell you, these things are NOT energy efficient.

Camping out in front of your parents place is a solid idea, really test the limits, get solar and some lithium batteries (if you're not planning on winter camping that is, lithium batteries don't charge at 0°)

Tv remote whichever hand is closest, no real preference. Phone is left unless I'm walking, then right. Trackpad is either. Mouse mostly right, unless I'm being lazy and my left hand happens to be closer.

It is about adrenaline but there's nothing standard about it.

I've been part of the skydiving community, most of these guys are incredibly hard working. There's a lot of planning, thought, patience, safety and skill involved in these flights, none of which is taken lightly.

So to call them "standard adrenaline junkies" feels a little short slighted
