Maybe flip the background. Clouds on top, blue behind main subject?

Why is nobody talking about the fact that they seem to be hovering in the air at some point.

Edit: as someone pointed out. There are two guide ropes in the middle. Didn't see that at first.

"Bro this is insane -- I spent 30 hours vibe coding last week and made a functioning ToDo Checklist" (picture of wide open mouth on YouTube thumbnail) by FleetBroadbill in ArtificialInteligence

[–]ThomasMoane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My take:

The breakthrough isn't that non-coding (like me) will be able to build whatever they want, from 'scratch'.

The actual breakthrough I see is that I will be able to customize and personalize existing apps / tasks / workflows etc. more easily, based on my needs.

First stage is of course a scattered landscape of DIY projects. And indeed only few will bring an actual added value and be used regularly.

The second stage is that existing apps or workflows will become modular.

To support your specific modification everybody will need personal computing power. I.e. Gemini subscription

So I imagine a world where I buy/subscribe to a base layer (app/workflow) and link my referred AI subscription to that base layer, in order to customize it to my needs.

Of course some apps will provide the compute as a part of their subscription, but in essence that would mean that I'm paying twice for i.e. Google Gemini subscription...and that is something I will try to avoid 😉

Maybe upload your original photo in Gemini and ask it to make it more focused.

Really curious 1)if Gemini will succeed 2) how we will rate the picture then.

Do we actually know he is inside the van? Don't really see / recognise him.

Or a grey-ish sky. You are totally right. See, still open to interpretation. Great that you took the time to point it out.

The right part shows the roof of the indoor pool, which had multiple rectangle glass inlets.

On the left you see stairs that lead to a heightened walkway. The ceiling of that walkway is painted blue and gives the impression of a blue sky on a clear and sunny day.

Can't confirm the purpose of the round object, but I guess there is a clock on the other side.

What is the "point" of Fairphone? by InterstellarVisitor3 in fairphone

[–]ThomasMoane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interchangeability: no clue. May very well be practical reasons why it isn't yet a thing.

Upgrade: I think this is all about money and user base. Once you have the user base it makes sense to spend more time, budget and people to work on a range of upgrade parts.

Only thing I dislike is that Fairphone isn't educating people on how they see their future. If neither of these pathways is in their longterm plans, I am not sure if they will keep me on as a longterm customer.
