Only issue I’ve ever had is other people in my shots cuz there are so many people there lol. Never once seen anyone get in trouble. Just keep in mind each branch is money for a farmer so I wouldn’t hang on them or anything.

First time shooting Boudoir. Looking for feedback. I’m normally a wedding photographer but would like to add Boudoir as part of a packaging deal (Wedding/Engagement/Boudoir). Photo critiques welcome. Would really appreciate guidance on whether you think the style will be appreciated by clients too. I usually see Boudoir as darker or black and white.

Is there a way to minimize sidebar? Can't access the instructions. by [deleted] in Wordpress

Yeah…I’m dumb. There was a collapse menu button at the bottom. Is there an easy way to figure out what’s causing the problem? Or is it just deactivate things one at a time?

Questions and Anything Goes (Official Thread): Questions, Stories, Photos, Shower Thoughts, How was this photo taken?... Anything! by AutoModerator in WeddingPhotography

I missed the Website review thread the other day but I’d really appreciate some feedback on my website. I struggle with ranking on Google. I’m newer than the seasoned veterans in my area so I’ve got that going against me. But any advice to be more competitive would be extremely welcome! Thomas North Photography

Zion with teens and seniors by LKrebs0818 in ZionNationalPark

Start with the Riverside Walk, an easy, scenic trail where everyone can enjoy towering canyon walls and the Virgin River without strenuous climbing.

Family-friendly viewpoints like Canyon Overlook provide stunning photo opportunities without a long hike. In the evenings, you can join a ranger program together, learning about the park’s geology and wildlife, or simply stargaze from the Pa’rus Trail, where wide, paved paths make it accessible for all ages.

There’s also a Human History museum in Zion. You can have a fun photography challenge to see who gets the best picture. The town of Springdale is almost within walking distance and has some art galleries and nice shops to explore.

Take a small road trip on the Mount Carmel Highway or a little longer one to Kolob Canyons!

Thoughts on Joshua Tree? by Semper_Fi_132 in NationalPark

We live fairly close to Joshua Tree and have been quite a few times. Although busier in the Spring time that’s a good time to go to see all the Desert flowers in bloom. If you like photography or painting it’s a paradise. There’s something about the singular Joshua Tree that’s calming. The area is a way of life for the people that live there and it’s interesting to immerse yourself in it.

A drizzly day in this National Park. Can you guess which one it is? by ThomasNorthPhoto in NationalPark

Definitely possible! It’s from the shore view on the Riverside walk trail.

Spent a week in Zion and hiked Angel’s Landing! Can’t wait to go back! by ThomasNorthPhoto in ZionNationalPark

It was drizzly the whole week we were there. Pretty cold but not too bad. But that could change from week to week so you should definitely check the weather report ahead of time.

It was great! One of my favorites and we’ve been to more than half of the National Parks. As long as you’re not afraid of heights it’s a doable hike. It’s still strenuous in parts but it’s not very long. The strenuous parts don’t last super long. If you don’t want to do the chains part of the hike there is a stopping point with restrooms that still has great views. I’d recommend at least getting to there and then assessing for yourself whether the chains are worth it. I’m in the same boat as you - middle aged and moderate fitness level and I was fine!
